CORVALLIS, Ore. - College of Idaho senior Daniel Butler (Buhl, Idaho) was named the Cascade Collegiate Conference/Rize Laboratory Men's Track Athlete of the Week on Monday. Over the weekend, Butler recorded a pair of NAIA qualifying marks at the Oregon State High Performance Meet. He recorded a "A" qualifying mark in the 1500m (3:51.52) and followed that up with a "B" qualifying mark in the 800 (1:52.92). He was the top collegiate finisher in the 1,500 run as he was second overall.
